Courier Delivery Information

 

Couriers

We use a range of different couriers to deliver your products. They are chosen for their ability to deliver as quickly as possible, with as little fuss as possible, and, obviously, because they are cost-effective and keep costs down for you.

Once your printing project or job is ready the couriers will pick up from whichever one of our print factories printed it. This could be Australia Post, Startrack, TNT, Fastway Couriers or maybe another.

The usual delivery window is 1 - 3 days from the factory to you, but this can be quicker if you're down the road from the print factory or a little longer if you require your delivery in a remote part of Australia.

$0 Delivery Cost

All prices advertised on our website are inclusive of the courier costs, excluding extreme remote locations. This includes certain offshore islands and areas that are difficult to access. If your delivery address falls within one of these excluded locations, we may still be able to assist by arranging delivery to a nominated mainland address for collection.

PO Boxes

All printing is allocated to various print factories around Australia, and due to the volume of work produced, we need to stick to a routine, so deliveries will go to your physical address and you will be asked for this information when you order.

Pickup

Sorry, we do not offer local pickups; we deliver your print projects straight to you.
